Cancellation Policy

We understand busy schedules and certain circumstances cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment within 2 business days notice.
If any cancellation is made with less than the 2 business days notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Missed appointments are subject to charge the full amount.

*A different cancellation policy is in effect for wedding and grad appointments.
