SOME TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE VISITING THE SALON:
RUNNING LATE?
Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment is, generally, too late because we work in 15-minute intervals at our salon. If you are running late, it causes the salon to run behind schedule for the rest of the day.
Please give the salon a courtesy call if you are running late. Sometimes things happen that cannot be avoided. We understand. However, depending on how late you are, rescheduling may be an option.
If you are running 30 minutes late, it will be hard to fit your services into that time allotted for you and your stylist may not be able to squeeze you in. It will be best to reschedule your appointment for a later date. A late start for one client makes it worse for each client appointment following, and that’s unfair to clients who arrive on time.
SALON EXPERIENCE
1. Classic Impressions Salon is a family friendly place. We LOVE kids! However, young children must not be left unattended in the salon. If you do need to bring your child with you to your appointment, please bring a quiet activity for them to work on during your visit. Many of our guests use this time a time of relaxation and a time to unwind from their own busyness
.
2. Children should not climb, stand, or play on any salon equipment. They should not spin or pump hydraulic equipment. For the safety of the children, they should not run through the salon. Please remember that our stylists tools are very sharp and the chemicals they use for some services can be very damaging to the skin and eyes. We advise parents to keep their eyes on their child at all times.
3. Please remember that some of our guest are at the salon to unwind and refresh themselves. Some may be there to have a coffee and visit and others look forward to the time alone. Either way is great! We ask that you respect their time and they way the choose to enjoy the salon experience.
- Please avoid wearing your best outfit. We try to practice cleanliness, however when working with color and bleach sometime things happen.
- Bring a few pictures to show us what you are thinking about for your hair. This will help you and your stylist to be on the same page and can eliminate confusion and misunderstandings.
