CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand busy schedules and certain circumstances cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment within 48 hrs notice.
If any cancellation is made with less than the 48 hrs notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Missed appointments are subject to charge the full amount.
*a different cancellation policy is in effect for wedding and grad appointments.
